Thank You to Field Trip Drivers/Chaperones

    We couldn't have done it without you!

Art and Cooking Elective Volunteers

    We need parent volunteers to run Art and Cooking electives on Fridays from 2:00-3:00. We can reimburse you up to $25 for supplies and you will earn volunteer hours.

Title 1 Meeting

Meet with Barb Wilson and Jacki Pace in the Upper Elementary classroom from 4:30-5:00pm Tuesday, September 6 to discuss what Sedona Charter School has to offer you and your Title 1 student.

Library Trips

   Each grade will begin visiting Sedona Public Library bi-weekly to do research and check out book for personal reading this Thursday. 6th Years will visit every other Monday starting September 12th; 5th Years will visit every other Monday starting the 19th; 4th Years will visit every other Tuesday beginning September 6th.

Laminating Volunteers

    If you are available to help us with laminating during the school day, please let us know or drop by and check in with Marsha. 

U.E. Support Team Volunteers

We are looking for two parent/guardian volunteers per grade to help us with classroom needs (fundraising, field trip and event planning, etc.) If you are interested in volunteering, pleas email us at sedonacharterue@gmail.com.

Supplies

A BIG thanks to everyone who donated supplies to the classroom--especially cleaning supplies. We want to make sure that each child has the following items:

    -pencil box

    -tennis shoes for P.E. on Tuesdays and Thursdays

    -re-useable water bottle

Movie Night Volunteers

We need volunteers to help run our first Movie Night on Friday, September 9. Please email us at sedonacharterue@gmail.com to volunteer.

Book Group

    There will be a book club the 2nd Wednesday of every month at Sedona Charter School to discuss the book Montessori Madness.

End of Day Procedures

We greatly appreciate you waiting outside of the classroom at the end of the day to pick up your student. Our school day ends at 3:15pm and we will are unable to dismiss students until then without a parent signing them out in the office.
